  • Any transaction or agreement made between buyers, sellers, and renters is strictly between the involved parties.
  • We make every effort to verify listings, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, legal title, or physical condition of any property listed on our Platform. Users are advised to conduct their own independent due diligence before finalizing any property transaction.

3. User Accounts and Listings

If you create an account or post a property requirement/listing on our Platform, you agree to the following:

  • All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are solely responsible for the content, images, and legal accuracy of your property listings.
  • You must possess the legal right or explicit authorization to sell, rent, or list the property in question.
  • We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates our guidelines, appears fraudulent, or is reported as inaccurate.

4. Brokerage and Fees

  • Direct Dealings: Certain properties listed may involve direct communication with landlords, where no brokerage applies.
  • Brokerage Applicability: For specific properties and assisted services facilitated by OneStopHome.in agents or associated brokers, standard brokerage fees are applicable. These fees will be communicated clearly before the finalization of any deal.

OneStopHome.in offers access to end-to-end services such as Home Loans, Packers & Movers, Rental Furniture, Solar Rooftop installations, and Home Interiors.

  • These services may be fulfilled by trusted third-party vendors and financial institutions.
  • We disclaim any liability for the quality of service, delays, or disputes arising from transactions strictly between you and these third-party service providers.
